From December 7^th, the National Microbiology Data Center provides a free and “all-in-one” cloud platform for bioinformatics analysis. The integrated services include bioinformatics tools, computational resources, and reference data. With a graphical working interface, users do not need any knowledge about programming, or any experience with Linux operating system or installing any bioinformatic softwares. The tools can be customized easily. At present, 84 analysis tools and customized data analysis workflows have been launched, covering 7 major functions, including macro-genome analysis process, genome splicing, genome structure analysis, genome annotation analysis, metagenome analysis, comparative genome analysis, and portable analysis.
