A list of the “light houses” is published by the World Economic Forum WEC. The latest entry is Shanghai Huayi New Materials. The company’s digital transformation (DX) construction has resulted in 28 digitization cases and 72 lean manufacturing projects being put into practice at its plants. The entire supply chain, including security, production, equipment, procurement, and sales, was included to optimize production metrics and flows.
