By the end of 2015, the city’s solar collector area will total 560,000 square meters. This is part of the city’s ambitious plans for energy change which will also include geothermal, wind and biogas energy. A breakthrough in the use of new energy vehicles is anticipated for the end of 2016, including electric car charging stations, and the promotion of citywide small-scale and household charging piles.
