Researchers at CAS Kunming Institute of Zoology discover Mycobacterium phage coded peptide inhibiting bacterial growth

The trehalose-dimycolate-binding peptide coded by the phage has antimycobacterial and anti-inflammatory properties and will serve as a lead to develop Mycobacterial antibiotics.
