After inspection by the Nanyang Science and Technology Bureau, Henan Tianguan Group was encouraged to promote the new cassava-based fuel ethanol technology which has advantages as compared to the international state of the art, e. g. in equipment cost (-26 %), raw material consumption (-10 %) und production costs (-6 %). For ethanol distillation, a four tower combination is used, which saves energy and improves quality.
