Persons responsible for “Golden Rice” school test were removed

As reported on September 5, there was big turmoil about a publication from Tufts University on tests using genetically modified golden rice with school children from Hunan province, as there was contradictory evidence if the tests in 2008 were done with informed parents. It was now concluded that the tests were in violation of relevant regulations, research ethics and scientific integrity, and the relevant responsible persons were removed
