The self-developed pilot-scale bioreactor is used to produce pectinase, glucoamylase, protease and cellulose using standard and gas double-dynamic SSF (GDD-SSF) technology. Yields are claimed tob e significantly higher and fermentation time shorter in GDD-SSF.
