According to the Beijing Humanoid Robot Innovation Center, the 1,000th customized prototype has rolled off the production line.
The pilot testing platform covers an area of 9,700 square meters and focuses on the technical verification and application needs of self-contained intelligent robots. The platform features four core functions:
- a small-batch prototyping line,
- a self-contained intelligent robot production model line,
- a self-contained intelligent robot joint production model line, and
- a specialized testing laboratory, providing testing for all processes from core components to the finished robot.
The small-batch prototyping line is a shared platform for universities, scientific research institutes, and startups, and is primarily responsible for the prototyping, assembly, and testing of finished robots and key modules.
The self-contained intelligent robot production model line provides services for the manufacturing of self-contained intelligent robots, establishing a standardized, modular assembly process to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of finished products.
The self-contained intelligent robot joint production model line is a high-precision, stable, and flexible production line for the production of joints, a core component of the product, meeting the production demand for different types of joints.
The platform currently has 500 sets of prototype production and testing equipment, with an annual production capacity of 5,000 self-contained intelligent robots.
