Low-altitude logistics continues to improve, with 2-ton eVTOLs enabling intercity deliveries in Anhui Province.

According to China News Network, there are currently 98 regularly scheduled low-altitude logistics routes in Hefei City served by electric vertical take-off and landing vehicles (eVTOL). The photo shows “Kairuiou,” a China-developed, 2-ton eVTOL for large cargo, manufactured by Fengfei Airlines, arriving in Yaohai District, Hefei City, from Huaining County, Anhui Province, after a roughly one-hour flight, carrying several hundred kilograms of fresh blueberry juice and parcels. This marks the realization of intercity low-altitude unmanned cargo transport operations over land using eVTOLs of one ton or more.
