At the 7th China-Arab Countries Expo Technology Transfer and Innovation Cooperation Exchange Meeting,  500 technological achievements for Arab countries were announced. They cover six areas:

• green agriculture,
• ecological environmental protection,
• advanced equipment and smart manufacturing,
• new materials and modern chemical industry,
• artificial intelligence (AI) and digital information, and
• clean energy.

They address the urgent needs of Arab countries, including food security, desertification prevention, industrial upgrading, energy-saving construction, the digital economy, and energy transformation.

Contracts for 13 cooperative projects, including joint laboratories, work bases and human resources services, were also signed at the venue.

The event began in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in 2015. To date, a total of more than 1,300 technological achievements have been presented and 109 science and technology cooperation agreements have been signed.
