The project will develop a carbon fiber industry chain of “carbon fiber – intermediate materials – composite materials – various products”. In addition, by taking advantage of the joint construction of the industrial chain, high-level human resources in Beijing and Tianjin will be linked with scientific research institutions to jointly eliminate technological bottlenecks that hinder industrial development and establish key technologies.
