Chinese Association for Science and Technology (CAST) publishs 3-years action plan (2021 – 2023)

The key tasks include 

1. building regional innovation hub cities, 
2. helping innovation hub cities to cultivate driving industries, 
3. serving SMEs to improve their innovation capacity, and 
4. launching a series of technology service and trading activities

As part of the program, in 2022, about 50 pilot cities (parks) will be built, and a highest-level expert think tank and collaborative organization of “Science and Technology China” will be formed.
