Suzhou researchers develop wearable fibrous perovskite for e-textiles

The group around Qingwen LI at CAS SINANO in Suzhou has coated carbon nanotubes with perovskite, obtaining a bendable fibre which convenrts about 3 % of solar enery into electricity. The prototype material wears down within 4 days due to air and moisture, but the researchers see room to improve the technology for self-powering e-textiles
