Hunan Provincial Academy reports progress on biodiesel preparation from Swida wilsoniana (Wanger.), a Chinese oilplant

Based on work by the team of Changchu LI, this angiosperm was bred for an annual output of oil of 750 kg/ha, and a 3000 t/y pilot plant was set up which produced a biodiesel DB100 of qualified standard.
