Feed production in 2015 is expected to reach 200 million tons , of which 168 million tons is compound feed production. Due to stricter controls on feed composition, e. g. their antibiotics contents, it is expected that the number of feed industry businesses will shrink soon to 8.000 and later to 6.000 companies.
