Government analyzes careers of overseas returnees in a „blue book“

Most Chinese return from education abroad to join their families and to look for a long-term position. Only 6.3 % enter top positions, one third choose marketing positions, often with foreign companies. Over 40 % of the returnees prefer Beijing as their new home, 14 % Shanghai.
