China to invest 1,7 trillion Yuan to control air pollution

As decided during a State Council Excecutive Meeting by mid-June, the central government, state and city governments plan, from 2013 – 2017, to invest 1.7 trillion Yuan (about 200 billion €) in reducing air pollution, including VOCs. A detailed master has become available. Water pollution is also under scrutiny.
