Experts see China’s urbanization level at 60 % in 2020, and 66 % in 2030

According to China’s Real Estate Society, urban population grew from 254 million in 1990 to some 700 million people now. By 2030, another 300 million Chinese people will live in urban areas, providing an engine of economic growth, but also empty villages and many needs for reform.
