The center is based on the achievements of the Key Laboratory for Polymer Ecomaterials, CAS, and on research in public-private partnership, including Northeast Normal University and Changchun SinoBiomaterials Co. The focus will be on PLLA (left-hand poly lactide), PLGA (polylactic acid – glycolic acid copolymer), PEG (polyglycol) – PLLA, PEG – PLGA and and modified hydroxyapatite composite materials
